参展事项

标准展位提供:展位地毯铺设、中英文双语楣板、咨询桌一张、折椅两把、射灯或日光灯两个、220V插座一个。

Standard Booth: Carpeted booth, bilingual fascia board,one consultation table, two foldingchairs, two spotlights or fluorescent lamps, one 220V socket.

光地展位:指除室内标准展位以外所有展位均为光地,此展位不提供任何装饰、不提供电源,参展商须自行设计并搭建展台,展台限高5米。室内光地展位起租面积为36㎡,室外光地展位起租面积为 100 ㎡。

Raw Space Booths: All booths other than indoor standard booths are on bare space, with no deco-ration or power supply, exhibitors are required to design and build their own booths. which arelimited to a height of 5 metres, The minimum rental area for indoor bare space is 36 square metreswhile the minimum rental area for outdoor bare space is 100 square metres.

展位规划:标准展位的申请主要是依据展品类型及报名先后顺序进行划分。光地展位的申请主要是依据展品类型、报名顺序、参展尺寸、设备重量等多因素进行划分。

Booth Planning: The application for standard booths is mainly based on the type of exhibits andthe order of registration, Raw space application is mainly based on the type of exhibits, registra-tion order,exhibition size,equipment weight and other factors.

参展商确认展位后不得将展位全部或部分转租、转让给第三方。

Exhibitors are not allowed to sublet or transfer all or part ofthe booth to a third party after confirm-ing the booth.

展馆地面承重 3.3t/㎡。

The floor loading capacity of the exhibition hall is 3.3t/m.

展位位置及参展面积须经参展商与组委会共同确认后方有效。

Booth location and area shall be confirmed by the exhibitor and the Organising Committee.
